This tiny home holds a special place for us — it was the first one we completed!
We purchased this property with a vision to build five tiny homes. After clearing a derelict house, two rundown sheds, and dozens of trees, plus hauling in 15 tons of dirt and 20 tons of rock, drilling a 900' well, and installing a 3,000-gallon septic tank… we finally had a blank canvas.
The result was our 10x20 “Red Tiny Home.” It featured a cozy kitchenette, small fridge, RV hot water heater delivering 3.5 gallons per minute, a full Jacuzzi tub, standard toilet, HVAC, internet, and a versatile futon/bunk bed.
We rented it out for $104/night for two years, and it was a fantastic little rental before we sold the property. Proud of this one! ❤️
